Corn, it is used in many different ways, some examples are popcorn, corn syrup, cornbread, cornmeal, and grilled corn is absoulutly delicious if you put fresh butter lemon or lime and a litte salt and pepper on it. If your watching your weight just add everything else but the butter and it is soooo good.
