sounds like it could probably be genital herpes. Some people experience very mild symptoms or none at all, so many do not even know they are infected. For many people the first outbreak is often the worst and can be quite painful. The main signs of genital herpes are sores around vagina, on penis, near anus, and can also show up on scrotum, buttock, or thighs. They can appear from 4-7 days after being infected. They usually begin as a rash of red bumps and then turn into blisters. It is common that the blisters will then open up, sometimes causing severe pain. In time soars will scab and heal. The first outbreak lasts 10-20 days until healing is complete. There is no cure for this only medicine that will help prevent another outbreak, even though you can still infect, or be infected w/ no outbreak. The more serious outbreaks usually are shown in women and can occur with men and they are as followed:
swollen glands in groin area
discharge from both vagina or penis
painful or difficult urinating
fever
headache
muscle ache

genital warts if they are cauliflower and are round and together. get checked out. they can freeze them and give you meds. be aware that once you have the HPV you cant get rid of it, it is a virus that stays in your system and it could come back at any time. please inform other partners that you came in contact, they have to be treated too, girls can get cancer if not taken care of asap. be careful with other partners. mind you that when you inform your previous partner they are going to get mad but they will thank you in the end for telling them.

It could be a mild outbreak of genital herpes. Males often show little to no symptoms of this disease. Go to your doctor immediately to get tested.
