A vaporiser can help, the uncomplicated one being a bowl of boiled water and a towel over the pinnacle, each and every so often with eucalyptus interior the water. And for congestion on the chest, drainage (mendacity over the sting of the mattress, face down, bending from with reference to the waist, and somebody patting her lower back to lossen phlegm). My mum is an asthmatic and used this for years. with your grama's age and the seriousness of her situation, i could examine that final one with the physician, although. i wish she gets extra perfect quickly.
