and some garlic bread , with no strings attached until after we enjoy a good meal and a couple of glasses and then its your choice ???I'm a chef and a great one at that !! And an excellent host as well !!

I would have to say red wine. And since bread goes great with spaghetti and wine you should make breadsticks or get some french rolls to go with dinner. Maybe even a salad. Enjoy!

Sounds lovely, but I'm having surgery on Monday, so i'm on a low residue diet all weekend. Thanks for making my tummy rumble though. It sounds delicious!!!
