Are you sure you mean 6 grams??? Six grams is about one quarter of a piece. You probably mean six ounces which is the standard serving size for most protein items under the US food pyramid. Six ounces is equivalent to the size and thickness of the palm of your hand (without your fingers). That's about 5 or 6 pieces of sushi.

There are 28 grams to an ounce, so 6 grams of sushi is quite small.

A teaspoon is pprox 5 grams, so one very small sushi roll might be 6 grams but most would be a lot more than this. A desert spoon is approx 10grams and a tablespoon is 20grams approximately

Slightly more than 5 grams, and just a skoshi less than 7.

But seriously, grams are a weight measure. You need a food scale to measure your sushi.

Weigh them.

By the way, a teaspoon of sugar would weigh about 6 grams - just to put things in perspective.
