You may or may not get the AIDS/HIV infection from what you have told (what you have told is enough to aquire AIDS virus). But it will show up the symptoms amd affect your health, etc., any time , even after some years.
So the immediate thing you have to do it is to see a specialist doctor and get some treatment for ensuring you have not contracted STD or VDRL disease. In case you have acquired this it has to be cured first. and subsequently you can go for AIDS/HIV tests and treatment if required.
I am giving below some vital facts of AIDs for your information.
Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS or Aids) is a collection of symptoms and infections in humans resulting from the specific damage to the immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The late stage of the condition leaves individuals prone to opportunistic infections and tumors. Although treatments for AIDS and HIV exist to slow the virus's progression, there is no known cure. HIV is transmitted through direct contact of a mucous membrane or the bloodstream with a bodily fluid containing HIV, such as blood, semen, vaginal fluid, preseminal fluid, and breast milk. This transmission can come in the form of anal, vaginal or oral sex, blood transfusion, contaminated hypodermic needles, exchange between mother and baby during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding, or other exposure to one of the above bodily fluids.
The three main transmission routes of HIV are sexual contact, exposure to infected body fluids or tissues, and from mother to fetus or child during perinatal period. It is possible to find HIV in the saliva, tears, and urine of infected individuals, but due to the low concentration of virus in these biological liquids, the risk is negligible.
The symptoms of AIDS are primarily the result of conditions that do not normally develop in individuals with healthy immune systems. Most of these conditions are infections caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites that are normally controlled by the elements of the immune system that HIV damages

I want to add some comments here. For HIV test to be conclusive, you have to wait 3 months and get tested after possible unprotected sex. That means even your boyfriend and you are tested negative today, it does not mean you do not have HIV. It is possible that your boyfriend had sex during the last 3 months and the anti-bodies are still not detectable in his blood. But if you are 100% sure that he did not have ANY sexual activities during the past 3 months and he is tested negative, then he is negative period. My suggestion to you would be to ALWAYS USE PROTECTION. If you are protected, then you are protected and there is no worry about HIV. Always use condoms and use lots of water-base lubricant and you will be fine. Rapid test is accurate. There are reported cases of false positive and if that happens, it has to be confirmed by another test that usually takes longer.

You should get tested now and three months from now. You should call your national AIDS hotline. I had a very simular situation with only precum and they told me that my chances where lower since he didnt ***. Call them they should be in any local phone book. I think your mind will be put at ease. Your probably feeling sick because of your nerves. I felt sick too and thought for sure it was because I was infected but, i was not. You have to be exposed to a good amount of the virus to contract it and usually precum is not enough. Good Luck

If you are sexually active you need to be getting a check up ones a year. How it is recognized most people with HIV experience a week or two weeks of flu-like symptoms within several weeks of being infected, followed by an interval with no symptoms. when the virus has successfully inactivated the immune system, infection by opportunistic pathogens such as herpes simplex and zoster, cytomegalovirus or pneumocystis carinii occurs. you need to go get a check up and just so you no what is going on and in the long run you will fill beater about it. good luck

The CDC has determined that incubation or better referred to as the window period is 28 days to 90 days when there would be presents of detectable antibodies to HIV. As an HIV counselor and tester and if what you are saying is true, I would determine you to be at a very low risk, but here is an idea, ask him his HIV status. Then contact you local AIDS service organization get educated on HIV and always, always, protect yourself and others.

You have to wait about two to three months before anything will show up on a blood test. Talk to your doctor as soon as you can, though. In the future make sure your partner uses a condom.

This is just a virus for G** sake. The only reason people 'get' this is because there are a few complex carbohydrates missing in the body - this results in a collapse in the transfer of biological data within the body.
The science behind this is four times Nobel Prize winning, 350,000 scientific papers written in its acclaim to-date.
But I can't tell you anything because it will probably get reported for abuse or something.
Good luck in your search.
