I recently became a vegetarian and soon after i began noticing significant changes. My skin changed from olive to porcelin, my brown eyes are gaining a greenish-yellow tint and my hair and nails are strong and shiny. I watch what i eat carefully, so I know that I am getting the appropriate amounts of protien and calcium, as well as take vitamins prescribed by the doctor. I am getting enough nutrients and have never felt better, but i am worried why my eyes and skin tone have changed. Does anyone know why?

it just means that your body is getting alot of nuitrtient and calcuim. eyes usually change color and skin usually changes lighter when your body is very healthy..its just like if you used to live in nyc and then you moved to the country, your eye and skin color will change because, of the fresh air..it just means that your body is getting healthier
