being obese means you have more fatty tissue, having more fatty tissue causes the body to become insulin resistant and becoming insulin resistant causes the body to put on more weight.. become more resistant and so on and so forth.. at a certain level of resistance, it becomes known as diabetes ... so, keep the fat down and muscle up (more muscle lowers insulin resistance) and it will lower the chances of diabetes... I'm assuming this is the kind of answer you want and not a chemistry lesson?

In type 2 diabetes, the pancreas makes too little insulin and the cells throughout the body are unable to respond to the insulin that is produced. The result is a build-up of glucose in the blood, which eventually spills over into the urine. High blood glucose levels are responsible for the many health problems associated with diabetes.

Type 2 diabetes is also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) or adult onset diabetes. More commonly, it's called type 2.

How common is type 2 diabetes?

Nearly 21 million Americans have diabetes with 90 percent to 95 percent having type 2 diabetes. People with type 2 usually develop the condition after age 45, and the risk for getting it increases with age. However, the number of children with type 2 diabetes is increasing rapidly.

In someone with type 2 diabetes, the pancreas usually produces insulin; but for some reason the body resists the action of the insulin and it does not control blood sugar.

Risk factors

Obesity. Most people with type 2 diabetes are obese, weighing at least 20 percent more than what is recommended for their height. Insulin resistance increases when weight is too high.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

A bad diet which consist of lots of sugary food is the main cause of Type 2 diabetes. And, a bad diet and obesity usually tend to have a positive correlation. Basically what happens is, A person follows a bad and the body can tolerate this for a certain period of time. Until that period the body makes enough insulin for sugary food consumed but After that period that period, the amount of insulin produced is reduced because the pancreas "had enough" of making too much insulin. Therefore the sugar levels rise and the person is diagnosed with Diabetes.

Children who tend to be fat are generally so due to poor eating habits. Junk food and food high in sugar, lack of exercise and not drinking clean, filtered water, will all be factors in the onset of diabetes. It is not a requirement to have diabetes in the family, anyone can contract diabetes purely through their lifestyle.
My advice is to look into the child's diet, low glycaemic foods will help keep blood sugar levels from soaring. Prevention is better than cure.
The most talked about science in the medical world today is turning health on its head. It is totally natural, and it works. It repairs and prevents body malfunction.
As much as I would love to tell you about this, I cannot, due to restrictions in this site. Suffice to say, that in the past three years I have not been ill and have had no need for prescription drugs.
Take a look at the following website if you want proof of how it can help all illnesses.

Childhood obesity does not, in itself, cause type 2 diabetes. Anyone that goes on to develop diabetes, whether type 1 or type 2, must be predisposed to developing it. Diabetes does carry an element of hereditariness about it, but might also be affected by environmental factors.
