How about making some cupcakes with white frosting and coconut on top and these can be snow cakes. Make a snowflake banner. A good activity would be for the girls to make ornaments, that they can take with them. These are some ideas that might be nice, oh and don't forget to play some cool rocking music. Jingle Bell Rock.

Im not sure how old she is ..but..younger..may want to play dress up with "winter" velevety pricess gowns.. or have all the girls wear white to the party....make snowflakes or wands with silver glitter....lots of white and powder blue streamers....you can get fake snow or white felt fabric from hobby lobby....

sound like a ice skating rink would be ideal. have contests are skating tricks, or dances, figure skating....
