That is a good question....this year my body has added too many unwanted pounds...so....since I don't need to smell, test taste, and finally eat all those wonderful traditional foods on Thanksgiving day...I plan on making some Turkey salad and have some fresh fruit....the salad would be composed of Romaine lettuce, sweet onions, Tomatoes, red bell peppers (sweet), Italian parsley, garlic/Parmesan croutons....and hard boiled egg....oh and the TURKEY....with fat free blue cheese dressing.... this way I can have my turkey and veggies without the guilt.....

3 turkeys, 2 hams, 50 # of mashed potatoes, 30 # of dressing, 15 dozen rolls, salad with 12 heads of lettuce, 3 huge appetizer plates, and whatever else my church comes up with. OK, actually I'll have one person helping me.

a turkey and a ham... collard greens...corn bread stuffing..homemade bisquits and rolls...fried okra and fried green tomatoes...tossed salad...fruit salad...mashed potatoes.... pecan pie...pumpkin pie and sweet potatoe pie. YUMMY!

I wanna go all out.....haha!! Turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, peas, asparagus with cheese (maybe the cheese), rolls, gravy, Mac N' Cheese, stuffing....etc!!!

Roast beef, roast potatoes and parsnips, yorkshire puddings and peas and carrots. To make it more traditional will end with pumpkin pie for dessert.
