My son has Asthma, typical symptoms of an attack include, wheezing sounds during inhale, inability to fully exhale, coughing, elevated heart rate. A mild attack you can easily come out of without medication, otherwise all asthmatics would die before they were diagnosed.
It is common to develop asthma at any age. Has your environment changed, school, home or city? Are you around smokers? It's worthwhile to see a doctor and get checked out.
The longer asthma is untreated the more out of control it becomes.
Best wishes! I hope you are just out of shape. Asthma sucks.

There is something called Exercise Induced Asthma. Patient's with this mild type of asthma usually take a puff or 2 of Albuterol prior to exercise to prevent the wheeze the comes during exercise.
Especially with a family history of asthma (less so that it's not immediate), it could be asthma. Which could stay as is or get worse.
However, it could very much be you were out of shape. Let's just say that at some point everyone will weeze with exercise, how inshape they determines how much exercise is needed to make them weeze.
Long answer short. Go to your doctor to take the asthma questionaire and get a peak flow.

It's valued at fun Louise. The obstacle with jokes is that every folks has one other experience of humour and because of this now not all jokes are favored via everybody. I think that in case you have a organization of 10 men and women and also you inform 10 jokes and every shaggy dog story makes most effective a million character chuckle and on the finish every character has laughed as soon as then you may have succeeded thoroughly. Bear in brain that practically each shaggy dog story that you just inform is offensive by some means to any one. The trick is to grasp your viewers. EG, if there's a homosexual guy listening, it is a well notion to not inform homosexual jokes.

Probably just out of shape. Did it feel like your windpipe was closing down? Full of cotton? Pressure on your chest? Those are typical signs of asthma.

just out of shape. If you had asthma you most likely wouldn't of been able to come out of it without an inhaler or medical attention. It would take a long time too.
