I had a hugely enlarged heart ten years ago followed by heart failure. You couldn't see any difference to look at from the outside, only w. an xray and then the indicator is fluid on the lungs and a big heart.
If you don't have to catch your breath for everything all the time and have an unremitting dry cough and can't lie flat to go to sleep then you're fine.

I'd see a doctor, but its definately not a heart enlargement, as your heart is in the center of your chest, contrary to popular belief.

if you are worried , go see a doctor, it could be any number of things. I doubt very much it's an enlarged heart

if you are left handed, the left one WILL be bigger than the right because you use the left arm more. if that is the case..it's normal.
if you are right handed i would go to the DR.
it is the same for male and females.
especially with female.
