You might need to talk to the eligibility specialist in your area. Different places have different codings for the level of Medicaid a person receives. N51 in our area was SSI medicaid. There are different codes for people who receive Medicare Part A or B while receiving the state Medicaid, theres another code for children's medicaid (even more with different age groups-ie-newborn, 2-5 yrs old, 6-18 yrs old), another for adults with disability and no Medicare. The best place to find this out is your local DSS office. They should know what the code stands for.
