I used to make a lot of ice cream when I was a chef and it is difficult to choose my favourite. Champagne was very nice and refreshing. Apple was nice and you could really taste the bramley apple in it. I have made rhubarb and custard, toffee and banana, tutti frutti, mint and chocolate, that was made by mixing the unfrozen chocolate ice cream in a mixing machine with a large amount of fresh mint then strained and frozen, delicious. I also made licourice flavour, that was really nice but not to every ones taste. Melon and ginger, pear, strawberry and brandy the list was endless and it was so delicious compared to some of the commercially made stuff and it was easy to make as well. Yum yum.

Mint choc chip - last time I had one, it was from a trailer cafe in a London park. It cost nigh on £3.50 and no sooner had I stepped out of the queue, than it fell off and landed on the path. I stood looking rather bewildered for a moment or two and I heard some passers by say, "AAAWWW, look at that poor little girl."
I know I look young for my age, but I'm 27!!!

I don't eat ice cream that often, but I do like cookies and cream. Or even chocolate chip.
But for a dessert, I like boysenberry or lemon sorbet!
