First what is Diabetes?
Diabetes is a chronic disease that affects as. Reasons for that are not yet clear, diabetes is increasing in our population to the point where public health authorities are calling diabetes an "epidemic" that requires urgent attention.People with diabetes are unable to use the glucose in their food for energy. The glucose accumulates in the bloodstream, where it can damage the heart, kidneys, eyes and nerves. left untreated, diabetes can develop devastating complications. However, the good news is that with proper care, people with diabetes can lead normal, satisfying lives. Much of the care is 'self-managed', meaning that if you have this condition, you must take day-to-day responsibility for your own care. Symptoms: thirsty, dry mouth, need to urinate often, weight loss, feeling week and tired, blurry vision, yeast infections and leg pain

Weight loss, infections, feeling tired all the time, tremendous thirst. You may not get all these symptoms, but at least one of them should get you to your doc's for a blood test. Take a urine sample with you for an initial diagnosis. Hope it is'nt diabetes. Forgot to mention another symptom...wanting to urinate often

You need to go see a doctor and have a blood test.
Are you exercising regularly? This can starve off the onset of diabetes. Are you taking Chromium Picolinate? This makes the insulin you do produce more efficient. Eat less pure sugar too ...
Hope its just a temporary stress thing ...
