I know exactly what you mean. If this is your first outbreak, you should know that it is not the end of all things (just some things.) I had my second outbreak when I was in the fourth grade, which lasted until I was in the ninth grade. If your doctor prescribes you antihistamines, don't take them every single night or every single morning (whenever he told you to take them). I was prescribed claritin (before it was over the counter) and kept developing immunities until I was taking nine pills a day! In fact, I think I "shocked" my CR by stopping the pills. I was extremely ill for about a week, and then the symptoms stopped- For four years! I have started another outbreak, but now I only take Claritin when I need it, about every other day. Also, it helps to eliminate alot of allergens from your home, even if you don't know what you are allergic too, there are some things people are just highly sensitive too and this can help. Make sure your floors are clean (dust can get on the soles of your feet, along with pet dander) avoid soy and legumes such as nuts. Also consider using lactose free milk. Humidifiers work wonders as well. Designate your bedroom as a "pet free zone" if you have pets and wash your bedding and clothes regularly, not repeats on clothes EVER. Avoid tight fitting clothes. This might sound like a lot, but if you are like me, I know that nothing is enough to get rid of this awful sickness. It is very depressing I know, and hard to explain to people, especially when your symptoms are not necessarily out in the open, such as hives or muscle sensitivity. Just remember that you don't have to suffer alone, thousands of people suffer from chronic rhinitis and it comes and goes. (which is why I recommend going on and off the pills, how will you know when you are better?) You will have good periods, which could last years (Between my first, second, and third relapse, I have had four years each.) If you are really depressed about this, please feel free to email me to talk about it: arkenum@gmail.com

Get Rasnadi choornam from Kottakkal Arya Vaidyasala.,Kottakkal, District Malappuram, Kerala , INDIA .A month's stock will cost less than 10 dollars plus postage./ Courier charges.

It is moderately priced, but very effective in controlling the malady quickly and eventually eliminating it. Occasional inhaling of smoke from a clean white muslin cloth sprayed with a mixture of Black Pepper powder in water , dried and then burnt ,is also very effective but causes uneasiness.

Operative word here is CHRONIC. It is ONGOING. The only thing you can do is treat the symptoms.
