head to Chinatown.. you'll find a lot of restaurant and stands that serve authentic asian noodle soups and other asian delicacies

There are actually "noodle bars?" People go out with the sole purpose of eating only noodles?? Do these places serve sauce, or is that found at a separate sauce bar?
