Yes. It's called oral sex.

Chances of getting HIV through oral sex are pretty rare though. According to this site, it's about 1 in 10,000 when it is receptive oral sex (receiving) and about 0.5 in 10,000 when it's insertive oral sex (giving).

washing vagina does not protect u from contacting hiv.
and u dont get hiv this way

If the woman has the virus, then yes. You could be exposed to bacteria though, and horrid odor, but then again you'd be the person to know.
