I made chicken that I put a mix of mayo and parm on the top, then sprinkle with Italian bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes. I made a salad and steamed some brocolli with roasted garlic mixed with it. MM MMM!!

My husband is frying some chicken wings that have been soaking in buttermilk and hot sauce all night. You drain then and shake them in a sack with self rising flour and deep fry and they are delicious.
