Has anybody else heard of that? What is Hunan Chicken?

Nonsense..Hunan is a Provience in China..so that is the type of food you are getting.

That's a lot of baloney. "Hunan" is just a style of Chinese cooking, like "Szechuan" or "Mandarin"

That's not to say SOME places might not use rat meat, but it has nothing to do with "Hunan" :)

Whatever! It means that the recipe they used is from the Hunan vicinity of China, and it determines what spices they use.....

Maybe originally, in China, they used rat meat (ugh) but I don't think (at least I hope) that the restaurants that I go to, do now.
Hunan is a province of China and a way of cooking.
