There are 2 main types of chocolate pizza: the salty one and the sweet one.

Salty version:
Have ready a fresh pizza or bread dough; spread it and sprinkle it with bitter cocoa powder, arrange some cured ham and chilli on the top. Cook 15-20 min at 180°.

Sweet version:
Sprinkle the dough with 2 full tablespoons of cocoa powder + 50g butter or margarine. Put 5 min in the oven at 180°. Then add 10cL crème fraîche and put back into the oven until the butter and the cream are well mixed (about 10min). At the end, top with 100g of crushed sweet dark chocolate and bake 2min further. Tremendous !

There's a bar near me in Southampton that does dessert pizza (things like chocolate, toffee, banana and stuff on them). Being more expensive than regular pizza, i haven't risked it yet.
