One is Mao Po, all you have to do is buy the seasoning which is usually sold in packs of two, and put tofu in it. Sometime you can find it in regular supermarkets, but you might have to go to an Asian one, depending on where you live. Also, you can just stir-fry it with some tamari sauce or some stir-fry sauce. Basically anything you can do to chicken, you can do with tofu.

Tofu Alfredo Sauce
4 servings 15 min 10 min prep
1-12 ounce firm silken tofu
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 teaspoons basil
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup plain soy milk
Combine ingredients in a blender and blen until desired consistency.
Warm on top of the stove or in microwave as desired.

Jan's Tofu & Mushrooms
1 lb firm reduced fat tofu, cubed-1" or so
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup Chinese Shao Shing cooking wine
1/4 cup tamari or Bragg Liquid Aminos or to taste
1/8 to 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Lightly spray a large skillet with cooking spray and saute the onions and
garlic until soft. Add mushrooms, Shao Shing cooking wine, tamari, and cubed
tofu. Cover. Simmer until the tofu is heated through and has soaked up some of
the broth, about 10-15 minutes. Serve over long grain bown rice.
