Have you ever tried any greek salads with pita bread on them?

Yessss, those salads are absolutely amazing! I would get them from this restaurant weekly, but then decided I might as well make them at home.

Now I just take bagged salad, feta cheese, some chopping red onion, kalamata olives, and greek vinaigrette and mix it all together. Add some pita chips or pita bread and you're set!!

I love Greek salads. (Wish the state of greens was better right now) I don't see any problem with the pita chips. Especially with a bowl of hummus on the table for dipping!

Sure, I just toast the pita in the oven - to crisp up and then either cut or break into the salad - sort of like croutons just skinny.

Yes, they are more like pita chips. Cut up into little squares or triangles and baked like croutons. Adds a nice crunch.

Pita chips are similar to a crouton taste.
I have some parmesan garlic pita chips now.
