Yes, you can blend it into smoothies, cube it into salad. It's an acquired taste, but it's perfectly edible right out of the package.

Yes, of course tofu can be eaten without cooking. Its like a candy or toffee which you can chew. Mostly Tofus are had without cooking them. A tofu is made of Soya and has a long processing procedure like that of cheeze. The way you can have cheeze raw and cooked, so can you have tofu. It is generally eaten by the Oriental people.

Yup, tofu is just like any ordinary jelly, just that it's incredibly bland. You could do a lot with a fresh cube of tofu. You could rip open the packet, drizzle some honey on it and eat it just like that, or deep dry it so that the outside is slightly crispy and the insides are soft.
It's healthy too!

Yes. Tofu is made from cooked soybeans. You could eat uncooked soybeans, for that matter. I worked in a Santa Cruz tofu factory for four years, many years ago, and trust me when I tell you there is no taste that compares to fresh-off-the-press tofu. It loses 90% of it's flavor once it's been chilled.

Yes, but it's not good. There is no such thing as raw tofu because in order to get soybeans into tofu you need to cook them.

Yes but tasteless. Tofu gets it's taste from what you use it with or season it with.

Yes. I put some in my kids shakes to give them extra protien. I get the extra creamy/soft kind and it blends very well with berries and ice cream. They never know it's there. Good luck!

Yes, it is soymilk that has been cooked and curdled like cheese. It's better fried with soy sauce, though...
