A buffet waitress is a person who tends to customers in a buffet. They usually just take plates away, refill drinks, and other little things around the buffet. Some buffet waitresses have to refill food in the buffet as well.

I looked up some sites and thought it might be an item on a buffet, but I guess it's actually a waitress that brings you your drinks and bill at a buffet.
