All of my favorite vegan recipes start with filet mignon, except for the ones that start with pork chops or ham steaks or chicken legs or tuna steaks!!!!!!

It's okay, I know what you're talking about. You mean something like a good tasting slab of tofu that you have to cut, right? Not too soft, not too hard. Kinda meaty? Look on-line for recipes. My mom would make a tofu Swiss steak when I was a kid. I know that she would start with firm tofu and drain it, then marinade and cook it. Delicious!

Get some SEITEN seriously find out how to make deliciously seasoned seiten slabs or what have you ./.... how does it go..... GRILLED SEITEN may or may not keep the ROBOTIC BUTCHER away from any of our heads BUT we can rest assure that we are being more ethical in our diets, and healthy too... the KEY is seasoning... herbs spices marinades etc..
