I am Czechoslovakian, and I love the traditional Hilobki-Stuffed Cabbage
or Sauerkraut Soup or Pagach-Pierogies or Cabbage and Noodles! Hiloushki (noodles/s.cream/cottage chz and browned butter) Those are my favorites.
Wish we had a slovak restaurant here in portland though. Surprising with the amount of ethnic russian romanian and european cultures that are residing here that we have none.

I'm a Chinese living in Hong Kong, I've just had dinner is a very nice Italian restaurant.
Other than Chinese food, I like Japanese, Italian, Thai, Veitnamese, French as well.

I love the taste of Indian food (esp Chicken Tikka and cheese nan bread and samosas and...and...) but I can't endure dishes that are too hot!
I love the sweet taste of Japanese food, but not a fan for raw meat.
I also love the Italian's cheese and cream dishes.
I'm Chinese. I love ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL Chinese sweets and desserts.
