Yes, it's ok cooked. I think they have just started putting spinach back on the shelf, supposedly NOT from California. I'd definately stick to cooking it right now just to be safe.

because of the e coli out burts just stay clear of spinach all together. Even if you cook it really well there still is a chance you can still get it. My little sister got e coli once and it is horrid stuff.
