Use grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream in equal parts. If you want it cheesier, just add more Parmesan and less cream.

Fetticine Alfredo?

Here's a sauce that I use. The cheesy version is in parenthesis:

2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 (1.5) cups of milk or half and half
1/3 (3/4) cup of shredded parmesean cheese
(1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese)

Mix the flour and butter in a saucepan to form a roux
Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly
After the mixture thickens add cheese
