I do know the future.The hotel/motel is in deep trouble.most will
close do to the bad economy.But you can't say that so tell them:

if you join the group hotel as mangement trainee or hotel trainee, after completion u get the asst.manager post in kitchen u get jr,sous chef post.and it depends on u how u perform,goodluck.
