Go Explain to your landlord what has happened -- so he will understand that you are not trying to cause trouble, but to get your money -- When the cops show up - tell them that he owes you money and that you are holding his stuff as "collateral" until he pays you -- If necessary - take out a "restraining order" against him (meaning that he can not contact you or come within 500 feet of you ) -- And then get your locks changed!! It might cost you a few dollars -- but it is better than him having a key or your neighbor walking in --- I hope this works out for you -- Next time -- get EVERYTHING in writing is you are going to have a roommate !! And make them sign it (this way you have something "Legal" to use if you need to go to court - Good luck -

As long as you're not swaping bodily fluids then you are fine.....HIV is carried thru body fluids....but be cautious that you don't have an open wound and the you have an open cut because you can transfere it that a way.........best of luck!

You will not get HIV unless you plan on having sexual relations with him. You can not get it from using the same toilet or shower or kissing or even drinking after him. You should be ok

No problem in staying with him/her unless you have an urge to have sex with him/her. It is not transferable by soaps, pastes, towels, clothes. But dont use any sharp items used by him immediately. The virus will die within few minutes once it is away from the host.
But still is it worth really staying with him. If he/she is too close friend, continue, else better bid adieu.

STOP THE IGNORANCE! yes you can live with him, use the same bathroom, the same toilet and eat the same food from the same plates. Thae only way to get infected is by sex, oral, vaginal or anal, blood , bodily fluids and breast milk. So unless you exchange needles with him or have sex with him you´ll be fine.

It should be OK, just remember to have very strict hygiene procedures, have bleach at hand and be careful with sharing any sharp objects or body fluids.
