The things that can give you pains in the chest range from trivial (soft tissue injuries) to severe and life threatening. You should really get checked out by a doctor.
Nonetheless - here are some reasons you might have pains in the chest
Skin - do you have a rash, particularly the blistery rash of "shingles"
Chest wall - have you sustained trauma (been struck) to the chest wall - you might have broken a rib or strained a muscle. This sort of pain is classically worse if you breathe or move.
Lung lining (Pleura) - some things, particularly viral illnesses can give rise to sharp pains related to the lining of the lung. This is a pain that is classically worse if you breathe or move.
Pneumothorax - air between the lung and the chest wall - can be spontaneous or relating to rib fracture
Pneumonia - chest infection - you'd be coughing, having a fever and off your food ...
Pulmonary Embolism - clot in the lung - small clots can get to the periphery and cause a pleuritic chest pain.
Ischaemic heart disease - occasionally an atypical heart attack can result in right sided pain.

Honestly, is this the place to ask this question? You should be sitting in some hospital corridor or a doctor`s clinic. But , if you are very young and the chances of any heart problems are remote then you can sit in front of the computer and pick other people`s brain about your right upper part of the body.
I , too, can add to the probables...... Look for spondylosis too. If you are computer related career person abd you have very little exercise of the important part called neck, you may run into this trouble. And this does not stop at the neck but radiates to the upper arm and shoulder , or wherever the nerves go1
since you say "right Upper part" the chances are that you have a good heart. donot worry

I kind of get tired of questions asked with little or no information given to work with. Based on what information you have provided, it sounds like gas trapped in muscle or a strained muscle. Does not sound like a heart attack. Chest pain with heart attack is not described this way. If you've had no unusual physical activity recently involving your arms or shoulders, then consider it gas.

chest pain is probably due to indigestion, or food genufluxtion which means that food eaten comes back into the foodpipe leading to acidity and chest pain.
