Brown rice is healthier, because of its fiber, but white rice has been processed, and i would label into the processed junk side, but it is healthier then other processed things, but Brown Rice is healthier, but also more expensive, if your looking for taste my guess would be either white rice, or adding some extra things into your Brown rice, if healthier Brown rice is the way to go!

I went on a health kick when I was pregnant and found out from my nutritionist that white rice is healthier as it doesnt have all the goodness taken out of it which brown rice does!

brown is better than white rice but the best rice of all is wild rice. Its not the same as brown contrary to popular beliefs. Long grain wild rice is really good for you but expensive. It has a flavor all its own.

any brown or whole wheat is technically "healthier" since white tends to have more sugar - this goes for breads, rice, pastas, etc - but that does not always mean that the fat content will be less - your best bet is to compare labels - check out calories, fat content and sodium. A wild grain or brown rice is usually the healthiest.

brown rice is more healthier because it tends to have more nutrients our bodies need and has more vitamins than any other rice apart from basmarti. white rice is just a grain and is plain.

Brown rice is far better in nutrition then white rice.
It's not as soft as white rice but it has more flavor.
If you like to make it softer, wash it few times and measured the water and let it soak for while, like an hour to over night, then cook it in the water it's been soaked in.
