I have a 'uncook'book called Rejuvenate Your Life written by a lady named Serene Allison....I am currently at work but when I get home tonight I will copy some of my favorite ideas and edit this to include them....
in the meantime here are some ideas.....
(raw oatmeal)
oat groats soaked overnight in water. (about a handful to a bowlfull of water)
rinse oat groats, then put into mixer and add a splash of water, a ripe banana, local raw honey, stevia, or figs (or something to sweeten!) and mix until smooth. I usually add some extra water/almond milk as I like thinner 'oatmeal'. Mix in or top with plenty of peaches, a tart apple, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, other fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, etc!
Another thing I make, that I and my husband love is sweet potato jerky. If you have a dehydrator (a must for hardcore vegan/raw 'cooking' or uncooking!) this is easy, otherwise use a gas oven on warm for overnight/several hours. Take a sweet potato or two and slice thinly. (use various thicknesses, you'll find out which you like best!) Put them in a ziploc bag. In a bowl, prepare a marinade of lemon juice, herbs, sea salt, and any other seasoning (cayenne etc) you'd like. marinate the slices for a day or two and then place on dehydrator trays and dehydrate as directed. Otherwise, place on greased, oven trays and leave in a warm oven for several hours. Check and turn as needed until of the desired consistency!
I love raw fruit, you name it I love it!!
OKAY....Here are some tips and recipes!!........
Raw Spaghetti:
'Noodles'
using an incredibly sharp (be careful!) knife or pizza cutter, slice squash thinly in long strips....make however much you're going to need and put into a bowl. You can sprinkle them with extra-virgin, cold-pressed olive oil and place in a warm spot to kinda soften if you like well-done pasta.
Sauce:
take tomatoes and throw into a blender and blend for a few minutes to get nice and soft. Add some grated carrot, italian herbs, sea salt, a splash of Bragg's Amino Acids, a slice of onion, a half to whole clove of garlic, parsley and any other ingredients you'd like (olives?) then keep blending until smooth.....
Spoon over the noodles...serve with a big abundant salad!
"Mayo"
1 cup almonds (or sunflower seeds) soaked for several hours/overnight
1 cup purified water
1 glove garlic
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (more or less to taste)
1 to 2 lemons, fresh squeezed
Blend all of the above in a blender until smooth and creamy then turn onto highest speed and slowly drip in 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil until it has emulsified and become whipped....
This is a basic recipe...you can add dill, italian seasoning, chili power, cumin, mustard, onion powder, or other seasoning to spice up!
Creamy Cabbage:
a head of cabbage (chopped very finely with a food processor or spiralizer)
an ear of corn, decobbed
a handful of parsley, arugula (spicy!) or cilantro
a dash or two of organic soy sauce or Braggs Aminos
"Mayo" (refer to recipe above) mixed in to desired consistency.
"Spicy Green Bean Fingers"
Wash and de-top and tail green beans. Place into a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Immediately drain and pour ice water over...drain. Marinate beans with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, Braggs, and spice (cayenne, italian seasoning, dill, vinegar, etc) Use them as 'chips' for dips.
SMOOTHIES!!
You don't have to have cow's milk or premade nut milk,
just throw seeds/nuts into a blender *helps if they've been soaked several hours/overnight* and whiz. Sweeten with honey, figs/dates, maple syrup, etc. Frozen Bananas are a must for smoothies. Frozen mangoes, peaches, or strawberries also provide good consistency and smoothness. All the fruit you're going to add can be frozen! Flax seed oil is a good way to add richness and OMEGA's to your smoothies. Just a little drizzle or two per person!

Halal is pretty much just meat that's had the blood taken out. How would a vegetarian diet not be Halal? Most westerners eat a Halal diet with only a few exceptions, such as a bloody steak, or black pudding. The poultry we eat is Halal and so too would be the pork, if that wasn't banned for other reasons in Islam.

Take some soft tacos and take a grater and shred some carrots, brocolli, cabbage, lettuce, apple, onto the tacos. Grate some of your favorite cheese over the veggies and roll up, hold together with toothpick . Another is A fruit salad. Lay a bed of lettuce, on a plate, put a layer of two kinds of apple slices, then a layer of bananas and canned mandarin orange slices, and pineapple chunks, sprinkle with chopped dates , then another layer of apples, etc. repeating the layers ending with the dates, put a scoop of orange sherbert,on top and put in microwave just about 15 seconds to start it melting down over the fruit, and put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of this. The second layer is narrower than the first, and the next smaller, sort of like a mountain of fruit.
