story in Europe said that,
American scientist developed HIV virus,
and had to test it somewhere
so they try-ed it on African people
(not hard to believe after time of slavery),
but soon they lost control of it and it start spreading.
like they say, what goes around comes around.
I don`t know about America,
but in Europe there is 1,7 million infected people in Europe,
that is 8.8% of population.

If you haven't heard statistics about people living with HIV or AIDS in places other than Africa, then you haven't been listening. As of 2004, the CDC estimated there were approximately 415,193 people living wth AIDS, and over a million living with HIV in the United States. At the end of 2005, there were an estimated 60,000 people living with HIV in Canada. As of the end of 2004, there had been 633,770 reported HIV diagnoses in Europe, although UNAIDS estimates that at the end of 2005 there were around 2.2 million people living with AIDS in Europe and Central Asia combined. In India at the end of 2005 there were an estimated 5,700,000 people living with HIV or AIDS. In Southeast Asia there were an estimated 580,000 people living with HIV or AIDS in 2005. In Australia there were an estimated 14,840 people living with HIV at the end of 2004. In Latin America there were an estimated 1,600,000 people living with HIV at the of 2005. And in Sub-Saharan Africa there were an estimated 24.5 million people living with HIV at the end of 2005.
The reason you hear the most about HIV in Africa as compared to other places is that the number of people living with HIV in Africa is significantly more than everywhere else combined. Furthermore, the majority of people living with HIV in Africa don't have access to any advanced treatments, and many don't even have access to basic educational materials. You hear the most about Africa because that's where it's the biggest problem.
HIV originated in Africa. That's an epidemiological fact, not political propaganda. It evolved from SIV, which a similar virus carried by certain species of monkey. It can be transmitted to people when then eat monkey meat, but it doesn't make them sick and can't be transmitted to other people. The most likely senario for how SIV became HIV is that during a vaccination campaign, most likely for smallpox, although there are several other theories, a person infected with SIV was given an injection, and the needles weren't properly sterlized, and the virus was passed to other people. This gave the virus time to mutate into a form that was better suited for a human host.

Most researchers believe that HIV originated in sub-Saharan Africa during the twentieth century; it is now a pandemic, with an estimated 38.6 million people now living with the disease worldwide. As of January 2006, the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) and the World Health Organization (WHO) estimate that AIDS has killed more than 25 million people since it was first recognized on June 5, 1981, making it one of the most destructive epidemics in recorded history. In 2005 alone, AIDS claimed an estimated 2.4–3.3 million lives, of which more than 570,000 were children. A third of these deaths are occurring in sub-Saharan Africa, retarding economic growth and destroying human capital.

I hate to be the one to break it to you but HIV and AIDS DID come from Africa. But the disease has spread to all corners of the world.
Where have you been for the last 20+ years?

Aid originated in Africa. Some tribesman in the Congo was either bitten by an infected monkey or had sex with an infected monkey. That tribesman then had sex with someone other than his wife. The problem is INFIDELITY! Africa is to blame!
