Raw Corn Salad
Remove Fresh corn from Husk..rinse make sure all silk is removed.
Put In a bowl, top with dressing.
Dressing
Ripe Avocado with a wee bit of lemon juice mixed until smooth
Drop on Corn

Buy some sweet corn. Wash the corn,remove the husk, smear butter all over corn with a little pepper.You then wrap corn in foil and throw it on the grill.This is delicious when you are having a barbreque.

If you want to use fresh corn, soak as many ears of corn as needed (usually 2/person) with the husks on (remove the stringy ends) in beer (or water), for 30 minutes to an hour. Grill on gas or charcoal grill for 20-30 min. until tender.

Remove from husks and add butter and salt and pepper, if desired.

I Invented this recipe:

Ingridients:

Musrooms }
Brocoli } All the same quantity ( I Packet each)
Corn Niblets}
Cheese Spread (One whole pack for the above mentioend veges)
Black Pepper
Salt


Method:

Steam brocoli, mushrooms & corn, take a bowl add cheese spread, black pepper & salt to taste, then add hot steamed to the bowl, mix it and eat hot.

Note:

You can add the the cheese spread for above mentioned quantitty of veges

add salt and pepper to taste ( chesse spread contain a lot of salt to be carefull when adding salt)

White Mixed Veg Curry


4 servings 35 min 10 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup coconut milk (FRESHLY SQUEEZED IS THE BEST)
2 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt, as per taste
3/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
10-15 fresh curry leaves

Once the water comes to boil,add vegetables, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and curry leaves.
After 10 minutes add coconut milk and reduce the heat.
Cook till you achieve desired consistency.
Best with steamed rice or Indian rotis.

use fresh cut off of the cob or whole kernal can or frozen.
seperate 3 eggs and whip the whites to firm peaks.
drain corn add the 3yolks pinch of salt 3 pinches black pepper and 2 rounded tablespoons full of Bisquick.mix until all isincorporated
fold in the egg whites gently,gently
canola oil in frying pan or pot
drop by TBL spoon into hot oil turn when golden brown
serve plain or with maple syrup.
also get JIFFY corn bread mix and add a can of corn to it and you will get some gread muffins or cornbread or cream corn to replace all the liquids in the directions

here is a great recipie for corn and probably will go over great with your family or guests....its for corn casserole....take 1 box of jiffy corn bread mix, 1 8oz container of sour cream, 1 can creamed corn, 1can whole kernel corn(drained) and 1 cup of sharp shredded cheddar cheese......mix all the ingredients together but reserve 1/2 of the cheese....pour the mixture into a casserole dish(i lightly spray my dish with pam) and bake on 325 for 45 mintues to 1 hour or til done. during the last ten mintues of cooking sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the casserole

Saute some onion with butter add some canned corn(not the cream style) add some shredded cheese and viola you have a great side dish

one of my fav. recipes (and easy) is to mix 2 cans cream corn, 1 can whole kernal. add butter, salt and pepper to taste. heat in microwave or on stove until desired heat level and ur done! i love it and its the only way i will eat corn. My friends love it too and they tend to be picky eaters

take kernals and put it in the mircowave for a couple of mins untill it pops... this dish is very rare.
