This is my favorite question ever.
No. It just doesn't work that way. It seems that a lot of people believe that when a man and a woman have sex, they make a baby. Two men have sex and they make aids? Nope. Just doesn't work that way. It's a virus. Just like lots of colds and flus. You get it by being exposed to it from another person's fluids.

You can not 'create' aids from anal sex.
Aids is from the HIV virus, and it can be passed from a positive partner to a negative parter during many types of sexual encounters, one of which is anal sex.

Unprotected anal sex with someone who has the HIV virus has a very high risk of spreading the disease.
Use extra strong condoms for any anal sex.

Anal sex will put you at a greater risk. Their is a greater chance that you could become effected because of the tears caused in the anus from anal sex. Use a condom...be safe!

Create? no. But you can get HIV the virus that causes AIDS from Anal. If you were to echange fluids, or if there was a cut...HIV can be transmitted.

You don't create AIDS just like you don't create any other disease.
If one person has AIDS and they do you in the butt then you will get AIDS from them, but that is the ONLY way.
