These could mean low sugar, thyroid problem, blood pressure problem, or other things. Doesn't sound like diabetes; then again, nothing is 100% in medicine. See the doc.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

The three hallmark symptoms of diabetes are Polydypdsia, Polyuria, and Polyphagia. Or in other words drinking a lot, urinating a lot, and eating a lot. If your heart is pounding heavily, you may have another issue altogether. Dizziness when standing may indicate a blood pressure problem, and it would seem to relate to the heart pounding and sweating you described. You need to be seen by a healthcare professional. Do not delay.

Although the symptoms you have described are simular to those of pre diagnoses of diabetes, but they could also be an indicator of lots of other things.
I suggest a trip to your doctor and let him or her know whats going on. They will probably ask for a urine sample and some blood samples to try and figure out the cause of your symptoms.

The number one and two symptoms of diabetes weren't mentioned by you: constant thirst and constant urination. You might be suffering from any number of other issues such as heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney/liver disease. You need to go see a professional. If you want to put your mind at ease, there is probably someplace where you can have your glucose checked. If not, you can buy test strips to test for ketosis in your urine.

Only laboratory tests may help to diagnose your problem. You may check your blood sugar, blood pressure and function of the heart.(ECG and Tread mill test). Consult a doctor.
