This is not normal sweetie you need to go to a doctor and if you contracted an STD from your partner then you need to get treated. Syphilis can come with mouth sores. And another thing if you are underage you can talk this over with a doctor and they are legally bound not to tell your parents. Or if you know how to set your own appointment then do that with another doctor. Honey its not good to have a boyfriend like that so if you dont do anything that i say at least do this DUMP HIS ***
Oh yeah some drug stores sell PENICILLIN over the counter see if yours do and pick some up.

It's possible you have cold sores which is typically herpes simplex virus 1. Cold sores are VERY common. I've read as much as 75-80% of the world has them.
If you want, you can always go to your doctor and get tested for herpes.

One of the side effects of syphilis is mouth sores, but probably wouldn't be caused by kissing.
