Can you help? my bf is nervous. He has to go get an STD check, He doesnt know if it will hurt. what they even do. or if he'll have after pains?.... do they stick something in your penis, if so, how far?

Given the situation, he should be nervous. First it will hurt, they will draw blood, maybe take a urine specimen, and last they most likley will take a culture swab. The swab is the worst part. They take a wooden stick with a thin q-tip head and stuff it about 1/4 of an inch down his pee hole. It will be unconmfortable, but not severe. The pain should be a reminder not to play dirty.

Visual look , maybe a blood sample , a swab , (possable insertion) , a sputum sample , a urin sample .
try sticking a cotton swab in the p-hole about 1/4 inch and you may get a general idea of the pain.
