Mini cupcakes or muffins would be cute. They can be made a day or two in advance and decorated the morning of the shower to save some time. I've also seen a cute idea for a shower - the diaper cake. Check it out online for how-to's and pictures. It looks pretty easy, and the mom-to-be gets the diapers.

We continually do toddler Bag Bingo. visitors are given sparkling bingo playing cards and they fill contained in the bins with issues that bypass in a diaper bag, and when you consider that the mum to be unwraps those issues, they mark them off on their card. First one to fill a line calls BINGO and receives a small prize. center sq. must be the diaper bag. as far as what to serve - relies upon on the time of day. If it really is an 11am to 1pm bathe, case in factor, get a tray of sandwiches, some salads, possibly a warm dish (like baked ziti) and speak to it lunch. If it begins at 2pm, then carry out a touch hors d'ouvres - any form of non-messy (i.e. buffalo wings will be messy) snack products. both way, have a cake, possibly some small cookies, and a fruit platter or fruit salad.

My favorite was cocktail weiners with bacon wrapped around them simmered in brown sugar... So yummy and easy to make, you just wrap a raw pieces of bacon around a standard cocktail wiener (found in your grocery store) and when you have them all together shake brown sugar and drizzle maple syrup over all of it in a shallow pan with 1/2 inch of water and 1 tbsp olive oil and bake at 375 until the bacon is crisp... then pierce them with a toothpick. YUMMY!
