Hi there, thank you for sharing! I am sorry to hear about the confusing discomfort you are experiencing and wish you a speedy recovery to this problem!
As far as possible diagnoses go, it could possibly be a uti (urinary tract infection). Also, depending on your age, it could be prostate problems. I know we all dislike this, but if you are over forty, you should have your prostate checked once a year.
In addition, perhaps you should consult this issue with your pcp (primary care physician).
(P.S. if you are a sexually active individual, please refrain from becoming involved in intimate relations until this problem has been handled. Since we are currently unaware of the source of the discomfort, it could possibly be an infection or an std and you do not want to put your partner at risk! Also, during intimate oral transactions, never allow your partner to blow outward on your private part, as this can later cause serious sensations of discomfort and/or infection). I am sorry if this is too personal or graphic in nature ( I attempted to keep it as gently worded as possible), I was simply trying to cover all possible avenues to assist you in a rapid recovery!
Good Luck!

not sure what your gender is, but I would look into an infection as your cause. Either, Urinary infections (breaking/scratching of the urinary tract which burns like the dickens), bladder infections or kidney infections.

If you are certain it is not some sort of infection perhaps you are pregnant, perhaps you have an enlarged prostate that is pushing against your bladder triggering your body of the most basic learned motor skills.

Whatever the problem is, try a little yogurt from your local grocery store. Yogurt carries an enzyme your body appreciates. this enzyme also helps fight infections, kinda' like a little vigilante calvary mercenary group in the war for healthiness in your body.

As most everyone has said, it sounds like a urinary tract infection.

Go to a health food store and get Cranberry concentrate (unsweetened) Mix 8 oz with one gallon of water and drink an 8oz glass before every meal.

This will flush out the beginning of any kidney problems. Cranberry juice is very acid and helps dissolve any beginning of kidney stones.

Drink this and plenty of water every day and this should solve your problem.

One possibility is bladder infection. Another is not drinking enough water, try drinking at least 8 glasses of liquid a day and see if it helps. There are other reasons as well. Check with your doctor, not urinating can be a sign of serious problems.

Could be one of several things. Maybe prostate, maybe bladder infection--I don't know about std's, but I wouldn't put it off any longer--go to the doctor.
