You need to use protection for any of this. HIV is documented as present in both seminal and vagina secretions, so either way would put you at risk if you had even a tiny (too small to see or feel) break in the skin of your lips or mouth.
While urine and saliva are not considered to have substantial amounts of HIV in them, all other body fluids are documented as high risk.

Personally I'm nobody's sucker, but I believe suckers are in danger of getting HIV, so best to use condom on peenys although sucking vulvas should be ok.
