I don't see any reason why the HIV concentration in pre-ejaculate should be any lower than in semen. However ejaculation produces a much higher volume, so the actual viral load delivered is higher. Estimates for probability of contracting HIV per penis-vagina full sex act range from as remote as 1 in 750 to as high as 1 in 20. So actually, the chance of picking up HIV from one unwitting episode isn't actually that high, and less if the boy doesn't ejaculate into the vagina. Of course, it's devastating if you happen to be unlucky. Chances are you or the person you're asking for is ok, but be careful out there.

HIV can be transmitted from an infected person to another person through blood, semen, and vaginal fluids. The odds are not good enough to gamble with. Use protection. Get tested. Abstain.

Dont wanna scare you but it sounds like you asked this ? for personal reasons. Yes it is possible andm I mean highly likely once the penis enters the vagina secretion is alreay coming out (pre jaculation) and the male or female can be infected ...so get tested and until you know the results do not have unprotected sex with others.I pity the fool that does not wrap it up

The chances are as easy as Russian Roullette. Keep on playing and see how long it takes you to become the winner. The prize....HIV postive.

If therz a tear on penis or in vagina can cause transmittion of HIV. Some type of ulcers on penis or vagina when rupture can cause transmittion besides sperms.

It is transferred through body fluids .. blood, sperm.. pre-jac .. if his penis enters your body there is always a chance if one of you has HIV already. In this day and age .. unless you really know your partner well .. always use a condom. Good Luck ! :)

Yes you can get HIV

there is no way to figure out the percent- if you get blasted with the virus, you have a chance of getting it.

If you are concerned, test yourself and ask your friend to get tested too.

There are home test kits avalible

you probly got it. go get tested. oh, and a condom wont nessisarily work as far as hiv/aids cause the virus is so small that it can travle through a condom. thats one of the reasons that they are only 99.8% efective
