If you want to drink: Go to a club that you all can get in. A lot of them will let 18 and over in. Or just go to a nice restaurant. You drink and have them be DD. After all, it is YOUR birthday and you only turn 21 once! That's what I did for my 21st birthday.

Well you have to have just a few friends over and someone should take you for your first legal beer run! Make sure you have a camera on hand for pics and posterity! I am embarrassed the heck out of my friends on their 21st. Not too many people though, make it just between close friends. Have fun, and don't drive! Chill out at home.

U are leaving out a key factor in the question. How old your friends R? If they are younger than you, go to a sports bar you can hang and drink and eat hot wings.
