Lv=left ventricle of the heart
systolic dysfunction means that the heart can't pump effectivly..
hypokinetic = not moving or pumping effectivly..
mitral regurge= the valve can't hold blood from going in the opposite direction...(the mitral valve is the valve between the left atrium & ventricle)..this regurge might be due to the coronary artery disease...
coronary arteries are the arteries that feed the heart with blood.. in this disease they are blocked, so the heart mucsle is deprived from blood..

Ok, I'll go point by point
LV is left ventricle, the largest, most muscular chamber of the heart, it pumps blood out through the aorta to the whole body (except the lungs)
enlarged means just that, it's larger than would be expected, there are many causes for this.
Mild global LV systolic dysfunction. Systole is the phase of the cardiac cycle in which the heart is contracting, so systolic dysfunction is when you heart is not able to contract as vigorously as it should and consequently cannot push out as much blood. Global in this case is opposed to segmental, it means that the whole muscle is weak, rather than there being one point that isn't working well with the rest working fine.
The posterior and lateral segments are just referring to parts of the ventricle, hypokinetic means they are moving less than they should (so not contracting as strongly).
Diastolic impairment is a bit more tricky. It turns out that after your heart contracts and squeezes your blood out, the relaxation phase where it allows more blood to enter (so that blood can be pumped out) is an active process as well, and if the heart is unable to relax well, even if it can contract perfectly fine, it will not be able to move as much blood. Type 1 I believe is just mild impairment (I'm used to different terminology, so I may be wrong about this part) so your heart has a small problem pushing blood out, but also has a small problem relaxing to allow more blood in.
Trivial mitral regurgitation is normal, it means that a small amount of blood is allowed to go back from your left ventricle during contraction rather than forward, but it's a very small amount, that's nothing to worrk about.
The rest just means that there are no abnormal holes in your heart, problems with the aorta, or with the fibrous sack that covers the heart that they were able to see.
Taken together, your heart is a bit weaker than it should be, it's not able to more quite as much blood as it should, and it seems that some parts are weaker than others. In actuality, not as bad as it sounds, though it does show us that there are some problems.
Hope that helps.

simply it means heart failure.
LV s enlarged means left ventricle is enlarged ( a sign of failure).
LV systolic dysunction means LV is not pumping blood efficiently (as the failure is subclassified into systolic & diastolic dysfunction, diastolic dysfunction is much better from prognosis point of view).
Hypokinetic segments mean they are not contracting efficiently (failing)
trivial mitral regurgitatin means that mitral valve is incompetant ( but this is trivial in your case so not important,once hear failure advances, the mitral valve will become more incompetant & regurgitatnt i.e. allowing blood to leak back through it)
PDA=Patent Ductus Arteriosus: acongenital condition.
Coarctation is a narrowing of the aorta, another congenital condition.
pericardium is the covering of the heart.
THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT PROGNOSTIC FACTOR IN HEART FAILURE IS THE (( EJECTION FRACTION))
Ask your doctor about it & it must be in the report.

eliminating meat from your diet will be the best. Not only will you not have to deal with the meat rotting in your intestines for 3 days until it is fully metabolized, but you will prevent most of the illnesses caused by eating all types of meat such as heart disease. all berries help and most important, exercise. and stay away from junk. maybe have it once a week as a treat.

Well this is very technical, however the following site along with some of the links inside provide easy to understand info on heart conditions.
