sometimes you have to find ways to make them taste better. Overcooking veggies will kill the taste & texture! cook the veggies untill they are crisp tender, or just serve them raw with dip, like ranch, bluecheese dressing, or dill dip. try serving cooked with butter & salt, or a good thick balsamic vinegar. My three year old loves "ants on a log" this is celery with peanut butter spread on top sprinkled with raisins. But he even eats asparagus & spinach! Start with sweet veggies like sweet peas, carrots, edemame, corn, and then slowly add the stronger tasting veggies like broccoli or spinach to his diet. Kids love broccoli & cheese sauce! Kids love raw carrots, sweet pepper & raw cucumber too! If all else fails you can mix carrot juice in with orange juice, or just encourage to eat more fresh fruits. good Luck! and ignore the jerk before me who said you are a bad mother, he is DEAD wrong, and he will be from clogging his arteries up with all that meat!

The best advice I ever heard was to encourage him to help you cook up the meal. Ask him to be chef for the meal, and to pick the vegetable he wants on the menu. Hopefully, he'll have at least one vegetable he'd like to start with. Then have him help you prepare it (simplest recipes are probably best, e.g, steam the veggie, then toss with small amount of butter and salt). He can help wash the veggies, and maybe, with your supervision, cut them up, etc. If he enjoys the fruits of his labors, he may want to try other vegetables prepared in other ways. What do you think?

Start adding vegetables as small portion in every meal and make it as a habit. Prepare vegetable snacks in the way kids enjoy. They will start enjoying vegetables. Good luck.

I think what got me to eat peas was melting probably corn oil margarine over them, carrots sweetened/baked with brown sugar, french style green beans with slivered almonds roasted in margarine with a little lemon juice added to the almonds after theyre roasted, beets with melted margarine, I liked salad with bacos and croutons and french or russian dressing, greens were tolerable with lemon juice and salt

Also cole slaw chopped fine with sugar added to the mayo and paprika on top, and frozen vegetables not overcooked usually will be better than canned.

No offense, you are not a good mother at all. Never force a kid to eat vegetables. It is not natural. We are meant to eat meat.

Make him a juice drink with fruits and vegetables.
The fruit will overpower the taste of the veg.
Delicious fruit taste without the "yuck " of veggies.
