For about a week now, I've had small sores in my female regions. Does this sound familiar to anyone else?

Going to the hospital tonight :( Wish me luck! Really hope it's not herpes.

A number of diseases can cause sores in the genital region, and without seeing them, and taking appropriate swabs it is impossible to tell what they are.

I've workerd in a GUM clinic for years, and these people who are diagnosing you from 1 sentence are scaremongering fools. Go to your local GUM clinic, and get them looked at.

Yes,it sounds as if you mave possibly have herpes. This is in no means for sure.It could be many differnt things. Are they blistering? If so probably herpes.I will say this you need to see your family doctor as soon as possible. If your embarresed go to a local redimed or outpatient clinic. No one will know you and this may ease your mind.Good luck,I hope its nothing.

Are they like blisters or do they itch really bad? That could be herpes. You should get this checked out.
