Warts can disappear, but it usually takes a LONG time. It's best to get medication for them and to have them treated.

I would suggest you go to your doctor. They can give you a prescription for some cream. Aldara and Condylox cream are available with a prescription and you can apply them at your home at your convenience. I personally used Aldara cream, and although it took about a month for the warts to completely go away, it was well worth it!

Believe me, doctors have seen this before! Don't let it bother you, get it treated!

Good luck!

No, they cannot and should not be ignored. There is evidence that these warts can become cancerous, if left untreated for a long time. They are caused by the human papilloma virus.

I don't think they are dangerous, but they sure would give new meaning to the phrase "Pain in the ###". Some peoples warts may resolve if they improve their immune and nutritional status (Let's Get Well - Adelle Davis). Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine (Murray and Pizzorno) has a great chapter on improving nutrition and another on enhancing immunity. If you try that without success, a GI doctor or proctologist can remove them for you. I would not want, myself, to try any home remedies on this kind of wart!
Good luck!

My wife and I have been having anal sex off and on for over year. Yes, she has said that the color, of bowels change, and she has complained of the runs. However, different simptoms each time. Also, all these people talking about losing the strength of the anus over time because of anal sex. I gues none of you have a bowel movement. Your anus is streched during a bowel movement, and over the life of any person it will be streched with or without you approvel. Anal sex if fine in moderation. I would not advise it everyday, but I would say it can be an something implemented in the bed room just for something else to do.

Whether you like it or not, you will have to consult a skin specialist. Before going to the specialist wash the area with a carbolic acid soap thoroughly. It may not be a wart as it could be Herpis or something else.

All that specialists know to do is burn them! I've successfully treated some with tea-tree essential oil (verruca) and now one on the cheek with a blend of green clay, aloe vera, and 3 drops essential oils (cypress+sage+myrr) as a small paste covered with plaster and left couple of hours. (careful with essential oils, you ought to know how to handle them!)
I have just read yesterday that banana skin heals warts too, so give it a try, and get yourself a book on herbal remedies, they're so useful (I don't take any medicine!)
