Weight for weight there is probably nothing in it. Depends on which Peanut butter you buy and how thickly you put it on.
Most of the smooth ones contain added sugar and palm oil plus other additives. The Whole Earth one contains no added sugar (Buy in Tesco's or Sainsbury's) but does have added palm oil.
Humus is chick peas and olive oil both of which have plenty of calories. However one tends to spread it thinly and this might compensate for the bulk of the peanut butter.
In addition it depends on what you spread them. White bread or crackers are fattening on their own. Wholemeal or oat biscuits less so.
A good way to eat peanut butter is to spread thinly and add some raisins or sultanas or sliced banana.
Look at the containers and you will see a table which shows you the calories per 100grams of product. You will then get a real and accurate answer.

Probably peanut butter because TWO tablespoons of peanut butter is 190 calories and 16 grams of fat. A burger king hamburger is as much fat!
